Multiple networks on one computer

I have a home network setup with windows. I have XP as the host. It is a Desktop. I have a gigabyte pci wireless router as a access to the LAN. I have enabled ICS on the dialup modem. (only internet access that is available that I can afford). I can access the internet very well threw the network. What I don't seem to beable to do is setup the firewall on the two different links. What I mean is that once I turn on file and print sharing on the nic, the firewall allows ICMP on both modem and nic. What I am after is to share printer and files on the LAN and remain completly steath on the dialup. No matter what I do my modem will respond to incoming ecoh request.

Windows firewall settings seem to be globle. Anyone know of a way to firewall each card separately?

I do have netbios over tcp/ip disabled on the modem. and I have it enabled on the nic.
